Sngular acquires 100% of the technology company Atlera, thereby consolidating its presence in Portugal

Sngular has completed its acquisition of 100% of Atlera, a software development company with a team of 30 professionals located in Lisbon and throughout Portugal, thereby consolidating its presence in this country.

Atlera is specialized in technologies and services for the Atlassian ecosystem, creators of tools such as Jira or Trello. Sngular has been working with the Atlassian tools for years, and their team will now be joined by the Atlera staff, thereby opening up new opportunities for all their projects, their teams, and clients.

For over 10 years, the Atlera team has been developing applications for Atlassian, focusing on the Xporter and XRay apps. “The incorporation of this new team will represent a step forward in the diversification of Sngular's skills and in its expansion”, as stated by the company. This past year, Sngular has also expanded to other areas within Spain's territory through its incorporation of Corunet and Acilia.

The integration of Atlera also permits Sngular to incorporate new clients in the United States and in Northern Europe, and continue to work with them from their new Sngular subsidiary in Portugal. This incorporation represents another step in Sngular's stated objective of creating “technical excellence” teams.

Sngular currently has more than 1,300 employees distributed among its 18 offices in eight countries, some of which are in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Portugal, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. In the last five years, the company has grown at an annual rate of 30% and has improved its margin and its sales per employee each year.
