Corunet joins Sngular

Madrid, January 19, 2022 – Sngular has announced the acquisition of Corunet, one of Spain’s most innovative software development companies. The acquisition allows Sngular to offer its clients an expanded, cutting edge menu of technology solutions and is part of the growth strategy announced by Sngular when it began trading on the BME Growth exchange this past December.

Founded in A Coruña, Spain in 2000, Corunet brings a wealth of experience in software development in the areas of data, payments, and ecommerce. The addition of Corunet’s talent and experience to Sngular’s ecosystem of technology services and solutions will further strengthen Sngular’s ability to assist large, international companies with the modernization of their applications and platforms.
