The unconventional, delivered: a chronicle of our first 10 years
On this day 10 years ago, Sngular was introduced to the world as a brand at an event that marked the beginning of everything. A decade later, we still get emotional remembering our #Sngular810.
We decided to write our own script in a movie theater, where else?! We created an event with no agenda, where the audience was in control, using their mobile phones to choose the topics of the talks that evening, guided by desire, courage, enthusiasm, and the power of technology. That day, we didn't just celebrate a birth; we defined our DNA.
On October 8, 2015, we gathered colleagues, friends, family, and clients at the Kinépolis in Madrid to launch Sngular. If you know us, you know we like to celebrate, but always in a special, original, different way... in a word: Sngular. And that’s how it was that first time. A 'Show business,' as our colleague Carlos Guardiola named it, which became the foundational proof of our pillars:

The audience as the protagonist: the event wasn't just about Sngular; it was about what interested the audience. A principle we have kept intact with our clients over these 10 years.

Technology with a purpose: we used technology (and a lot of imagination) to create a unique and relevant experience. Apps, a website, data analysis, and mobile phones as remote controls became the heart of the #Sngular810 event.

Courage and controlled risk: the idea of an event with no agenda, not knowing who was going to speak or about what, or the attempt to use smart bracelets, shows a culture that is not afraid to try new things... quite the opposite!

Sngular talent in action: the event was an internal project that demonstrated the power of collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. Exactly what we continue to bet on 10 years later.
Today, on October 8, 2025, that brave, bold, and enthusiastic spirit continues to be the driving force behind every project. The secret to keeping this DNA alive? The answer is simple: our people.
And this isn't just a perception; it's a reality that resonates at the heart of the company. At the 10th-anniversary party we celebrated on September 19 in Madrid, our Executive Chairman, José Luis Vallejo, summed it up with these words:
"If we look back at the last 10 years, so many things have happened: we've gone from being a company of just over 200 people to more than 1,400 today. When I think back, only good moments come to mind. Moments that were a challenge, a hurdle that you'd look back on years later and say: it turned out well in the end! This made the company grow. We became bigger thanks to those challenges. We've grown in other countries and added new colleagues from different parts of the world."
José Luis added that "every time we've met new colleagues, I confirmed it was just a matter of time. We started working together and realized we have the same DNA."
Looking back, we can see that #Sngular810 was possible because of the "extra" from a team that poured itself into a bold idea. Today, we celebrate a decade of extras from the talented people who turn the ordinary into the extraordinary every day.

And yet, 10 years ago, on that October 8, we weren't even aware of the revolution this discipline would bring to our lives...
Or were we? Whatever the case, today is the future we defined 10 years ago.
It has been a decade of developing, committing, and innovating. A decade of talent that looks to the future and makes it the present. 10 years of linking singularities to make the intangible tangible. Because we have always known that technology is the tool, but talent is the engine. Because, as José Luis states: ‘We can do many things, but what's important is how we do them.’
