What will you do?
As an AI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading the design of solutions based on Generative AI. Therefore, a strong technical background in AI will be necessary, with experience in the implementation of language models and AI agents in various projects and experience in taking real, and somewhat complex, models into production.
Responsibilities

Design and implement artificial intelligence models to solve specific problems and optimize their performance.

Develop and orchestrate AI systems for process automation, content generation and conversational agents.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of models to improve their accuracy, efficiency and adaptation to different scenarios.

Optimize and deploy AI models ensuring their scalability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production environments.

Manage AI infrastructure and processes in the cloud to facilitate the implementation of high-impact solutions.

Lead technical strategy in artificial intelligence by guiding the team in the validation, adoption and continuous improvement of models.

Explain complex AI concepts to technical and business teams facilitating the integration and understanding of proposed solutions.
