We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React. You should have fluent communication skills, an agile mindset, and a shared passion for leveraging and integrating Artificial Intelligence tools and frameworks into your daily workflow. You will join a dynamic team, participating in the entire product lifecycle under Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-driven methodologies.*

What will you do?

End-to-End Development: You will build robust and scalable solutions, from backend business logic to dynamic and intuitive frontend user interfaces.

AI-Driven Engineering: You will research, apply, and promote the use of generative AI tools and code assistants to optimize development workflows, automate tasks, and accelerate delivery cycles.

Modeling and Architecture: You will design and interpret Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to structure data, ensuring consistency and a proper flow of information.

Efficient Collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with the team using Git for version control, guaranteeing best practices in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) under modern development approaches.
Responsibilities

AI and Agent Integration: Research and implement modern AI frameworks to build intelligent features, work with autonomous agent architectures, and connect large language models (LLMs) with our system's capabilities.

Advanced Architecture and AI: Implement and evolve systems based on microservices and hexagonal architecture, while also integrating vector databases to support semantic searches and AI contexts.

Spec-Driven API Design: Design, build, and consume robust REST APIs using Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches, ensuring clear and automatable API contracts for both humans and AI agents.

Modern Frontend Ecosystem: Manage complex client-side states using tools like React Redux, Pinia, or Zustand, powering development with TypeScript (JSX/TSX).

Quality, Security, and Clean Code: Guarantee maximum software robustness by applying SOLID principles, Clean Code, solid testing strategies, advanced authentication/authorization systems, and specific security patterns for AI integration.

Cloud Deployment and Infrastructure: Deploy and optimize our solutions across major Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar), ensuring a scalable infrastructure for both our traditional and AI workloads.
