We are looking for someone with a passion for DevOps culture to join our tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing the AWS infrastructure for large-scale projects—ensuring the scalability, resilience, and security of our platforms while collaborating closely with development teams.

What will you do?
You will be a strategic part of the Cloud Engineering department, where your main mission will be to co-lead the transformation and innovation of our deployment platforms. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between software development and systems operations, ensuring that software reaches production quickly, securely, and predictably, directly impacting business efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Solid professional experience (around 3–5 years) working in roles focused on DevOps culture and Cloud systems administration.
- Advanced mastery of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, EKS, Lambda).
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).
- Experience in container management and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch).
- An interest and curiosity to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence on your day-to-day work.
Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust, secure, and highly available Cloud architectures within the AWS ecosystem.

Automate the application lifecycle by building and optimizing advanced CI/CD pipelines.

Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure replicable and consistent environments.

Collaborate with development teams to facilitate the adoption of best practices for observability, monitoring, and logging.

Ensure security and regulatory compliance standards across cloud environments, applying access policies based on the principle of least privilege.

Optimize the performance and operating costs of resources utilized within AWS.
