A successful partnership between Sngular and Elements
The partnership between both companies also takes shape on the technical front: Elements' development team includes several Sngular members working side by side to improve the French vendor's apps.
Christophe Promé, Co-CEO at Elments:
Elements has been collaborating with Sngular Atlassian developers for about three years.
We started this partnership because we wanted to work with developers with experience in building and maintaining Atlassian Marketplace apps. We were also looking for people who could bring a different point of view and share experiences from other projects. Sngular developers helped us grow teams fast when we needed to move quickly. Their ability to adapt, work on different topics, and stay committed has been a real advantage for us.
Sngular developers have a good Forge expertise, and I believe there’s still more we can learn from them. They face many technical challenges with their different clients and often bring fresh ideas and useful feedback. I wish we could push this collaboration even further.
The cultural fit between Elements and Sngular is great. The collaboration runs smoothly, communication is easy, and their team is always kind, open, and ready to help. They don’t hesitate to suggest improvements when they see an opportunity. When they joined us in our office during our Elements Team Week, we all enjoyed spending time together. It feels natural to work as one team.
The success of this migration also stems from the strong and long-standing partnership between Sngular and Elements. Thanks to Elements' apps, our deep expertise in them, and our experience in the Atlassian ecosystem, we provide tailored implementations and support for complex enterprise environments.
This collaboration ensures that our clients get the maximum value from Elements solutions and achieve successful digital transformations.
Looking ahead
With the migration completed, the energy company and Sngular are already evaluating how to extend the use of Elements Connect across other areas of the organization.
Given its flexibility, they are exploring new API-based integrations and advanced field configurations to continue optimizing cross-functional workflows.
