Atlassian launches the Strategy Collection

As part of the Team ’25 event, Atlassian officially unveiled its new enterprise-focused collection: the Strategy Collection. This solution brings together three key tools for strategic planning and execution into a single offer: Focus, Talent, and Jira Align.

What is the Strategy Collection?

The Strategy Collection is a direct response to a common need across many organizations: having real visibility into whether teams are working on what truly matters, if resources are well allocated, and whether strategic priorities are being met according to established goals.

This new suite combines three solutions that are already making an impact:

Focus was initially introduced at Team ’24 Europe as a tool to transform static strategic plans into living artifacts connected to real-time data.

Now, Focus is a core component of the Strategy Collection. Its role is to act as the central hub for mapping and tracking the progress of strategic objectives by connecting:

• Goals: Defined at the organizational level and visible across the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Work: Synced with Jira and Jira Align, so any progress or deviation is reflected automatically.

• Real-time visibility into how resources are allocated across each Focus Area.
