Roberto is Sngular Spain’s Chief Happiness, Talent & Culture Officer. In this role, he leads all talent development and training initiatives aimed at helping employees learn and grow professionally. He also provides employee feedback and insights to make sure all internal communication and initiatives respond to information needs and are aligned with the company’s values. Roberto is also responsible for fostering employee wellness and sponsoring events that help expand the reach of the Sngular brand.
Roberto joined Sngular in 2008 to lead one of our key banking clients, successfully managing a fast-growing team and expanding projects to Latin America. In 2012, his role grew to include project director and scrum master, and in 2013, he became key account manager. Roberto draws from his extensive consulting experience to manage projects and teams effectively. Prior to joining Sngular, he worked at Indra–a Spanish information technology and defense systems company–as an analyst-developer, and at ICA Group as a developer.
He is an engineer specializing in IT management and an industrial electrical technician. He is also a certified Professional Scrum Master and experienced with project and team management using Lean methodologies.
