What will you do?

Account manager with Manage accounts with over 3 years of IT account managing experience. 2 years of experience with Negotiation Skills: Conflict resolution, client communication, supervised employees mentoring, or discussion facilitation. 2 years with Building rapport and collaborating with various groups internally and externally.


  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identify opportunities to grow business in new clients and manage them to become profitable projects.

  • Coordinate and supervise staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service, including teams in different locations in USA, Mexico and Spain.

  • Travel and work at various client sites as assigned.

  • Manage accounts with over $1.5M annual revenue in software development services and promote growth in existing clients, including upsetting and cross-selling.

  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers and develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.

Where will you work?

This position is in a fixed location based in the Birmingham, AL office. However, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Please note that this job is not eligible to be performed in the states of New York, New Jersey, California, or Colorado. Telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. This position requires international travel 25% of the time. In addition, this position will require travel within the U.S. Specifically, domestic travel will be required about 50% of time, including 25% travel to client sites and 25% travel to other Singular offices. Multiple Positions Available.
