We are looking for a Data Architect to join Sngular’s Data community and participate in strategic projects focused on transformation, data modeling, governance, and modernization of data platforms.

What will you do?
You will be a key figure in defining scalable, secure, and governed data architectures, helping our clients turn their data into a business asset through modern analytics platforms, strong governance models, and solutions ready for Artificial Intelligence.
You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, and AI, defining standards, best practices, and strategies that enable the construction of sustainable data ecosystems prepared for future growth.
Responsibilities

Design modern data architectures aligned with business needs and strategic objectives of each organization.

Define conceptual, logical, and analytical data models ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.

Design and evolve architectures based on Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Medallion (Bronze / Silver / Gold) models.

Define data ingestion, transformation, and consumption strategies using ETL/ELT processes.

Lead Data Governance initiatives, including data quality, cataloging, lineage, security, and access control.

Design Data Marts and analytical models oriented to data exploitation and value generation.

Participate in modernization and migration processes from legacy environments to modern cloud platforms.

Define automation and orchestration strategies for data pipelines.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Cloud teams to ensure proper solution implementation.

Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Act as a technical reference in data architecture and governance.
How will you do it?
- At least 6 years of experience in Data environments, including previous experience as a Data Architect.
- Experience designing data architectures in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Experience in dimensional modeling, Data Mart design, and analytical architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of data transformation tools such as DBT or similar.
- Experience in Data Governance strategies: catalog, quality, security, lineage, and traceability.
- Experience working with Lakehouse architectures, Data Mesh, Medallion models, or Data Product–oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of automation and Python development for data pipeline support.
- Ability to understand, transform, and modernize complex data ecosystems and legacy environments.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and leading architectural decisions.
